Notice to Quit - Sample Notice to Quit - Sample
(2 pages) This is the kind of letter your landlord must send before starting eviction proceedings. You do not have to leave if you get a letter like this, but you should call legal services. Your landlord has to take you to court before he can make you leave. The second page of the Notice to Quit shows the constable's sworn statement that he has "served" you.
