Temporary Protected Status (TPS)

State-only benefits (EAEDC). 

Can apply for U.S. citizen child or other family member who is “qualified.

Visitor (B-2) or Student Visa

NO benefits. 

You can apply for U.S. citizen child or other family member who is in “qualified” status.

Undocumented or no proof of status.

NO cash or SNAP benefits. Eligible for MassHealth Limited.
