Immigrants and Domestic Violence

Abusers sometimes make you believe that you are dependent on them for everything and have to put up with their abuse.  You may think that you cannot get any legal protection or legal status in the United States.

Everyone has the right to be safe from domestic violence.  "Everyone" includes you.

Immigration specialists can help you get away from domestic violence.

If you need help with your legal status, it is extremely important to talk to an immigration lawyer before talking to Citizenship and Immigration Services.
