Joint Petition for Divorce under G.L. c.208, Section 1A Use when both spouses want a divorce claiming irretrievable breakdown of the marriage.
Complaint for Divorce under G.L. c.208, Section 1B Use when one spouse wants a divorce claiming irretrievable breakdown of the marriage.
