During his visits to [displaced person camps] the independent expert ...expressed his concern about the measures introduced to give persons with disabilities access to the camps and enable them to live there. He raised the matter with Michel Péan, Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities, who assured him that he was keeping a close eye on the measures announced to ensure respect for the rights of such persons.
