Massachusetts state courts keep records of what happens in every criminal case. These records are called CORI - Criminal Offender Record Information.

People with CORI have rights.


If you have a past criminal case for possession of marijuana that involved only 2 ounces of marijuana or less, you can seal the possession case now by mail without having to wait.
