In-kind income is something you get free, such as free rent, utilities or food. DTA no longer counts in-kind income. DTA Online Guide Transmittal 2019-63 (Aug. 22, 2019). See Appendix E (DTA Online Guide Links). This change was effective July 1, 2019.
